They Didn’t Ship My Order

I have order goods of 150$ from Sz-mingXXX Industrial Co., Ltd. (Contact person was Dana XXX) after I received quotation and chatting on msn I order 150$ electronic. I paid then through western union as they told me it will be sending next day. But still I haven’t receive anything when I try to chat on msn nobody replies & no reply through email also. Also I tried to call on phone no. provided but nobody answer. Please let me know global resources can help me in this.

BTW, you asked what Global Resources could do for you. I think you are referring to and I would suggest you contact them to inform them about the performance of your supplier. I know they take these issues seriously and would be glad to hear from you if you found this supplier in their database.

Let me know how things work out for you.  In the future, if you order is too small to afford to do some independent QC, then you are better off not buying on-line from China unless you can pay after receipt (which is very rare). Wish that was not the case, but it is the cold hard truth.
