New BBQ. Protecting IP. Working with factory on distribution.
I am designing a new BBQ. How do I protect my design so that nobody will copy it? Plus how do I sell the idea to somebody to manufacture it as it will be the only type in the world.
I am happy to let you know that we have covered both of these topics extensively and I can suggest the following links to learn about IP protection, registration and enforcement. I also included links to articles and short videos that explain the “blackbox” concept of production.
Additionally, you will find links about distribution and models for working with manufacturers to sell your product globally. In short…be very careful as you are about to swim with sharks.
